2025 Annual Membership Meeting

The 2025 VEC Annual Meeting is MOVING!

The VEC Annual Meeting is moving to a different location in 2025.  This year, the meeting will be held October 4th at Stone Memorial High School, located at 2800 Cook Road, Crossville, TN 38571.  The doors to Stone Memorial High School will open at 8:00am Central Time.  If you live in the Eastern time zone, please be sure to note this change.

Stone Memorial High School is centrally located in the VEC Crossville Service Area. If you will be arriving by Interstate 40, you will need to take exit 320, Genesis Road.  Once on Genesis Road, go North to Cook Road and take an immediate right.  The school entrance will be around 1,500 feet on the left.  You can also follow the signs – there will be plenty of signs pointing you in the right direction once you arrive in the Crossville area.

The meeting will kick off at 10:00 AM Central Time. Before it begins, enjoy a complimentary breakfast while strolling around the venue. During this time, we’ll be offering free flu shots—including high-dose options for individuals aged 65 and older. To receive a shot, please bring a valid ID (Driver’s License preferred) and your Insurance Card.
