Deadline to Apply For Lillard-Shadow Scholarships Approaching

The deadline for graduating seniors to apply for one of four Lillard-Shadow Scholarships is rapidly approaching. Applications must be received in VEC’s Marketing and Economic Development Department by 5 p.m. on Froday, March 7, 2014.
