VE-Bill Briefly Unavailable Due to Maintenance

VEC is in the process of moving our servers to a new internet firewall. Monday morning at 10:30 EST we will move our e-bill server to a new internet firewall. The process will take about 90 minutes.

During the move SmartHub and VE-Bill will not be available to our employees or customers for payments. Payments may still be made using the telephone IVR system.

Some customers could experience some delays or errors access VE-Bill for the next 24 hours.
